Are you a passionate employee or an enthusiastic employee?

You could ask what the difference between passion and enthusiasm is, but in a recent article on the CNN Money website, journalist Anne Fisher is highlighting the point that the individuals you employ need to be passionate about the specific job they are interviewing for.
