HR: The daming verdict


According to a recent People Management article, only 39% of Executives say their HR head is a key player and nearly a third believe HR is not of the same calibre as other leaders. 

Even though leaders recognise the importance of good people strategies, HR isn’t providing the strategic answers they want,  and some view the HR function as too focused on process and rules and they feel that HR does not understand the business well enough.
