Michelle Gibbon, Staffing Coordinator at SteppingStones Recruitment, gave a presentation to ICCI undergraduate students on Monday 28th May 2012. Michelle focused her presentation on Recruitment & Selection, where she took the students through the various steps in the Recruitment process, outlined the importance of reliable and valid selection tools, discussed current trends in the industry, and compared recruitment policies on a global scale.
The program facilitator from ICCI, Ms. Brenda Dawkins, was in attendance through the presentation and urged her students to participate interactively. "Thank you very much for a wonderful presentation. The students commented that the information gave them a fresh perspective on Recruitment and Selection. I must say the ease with which you delivered the content made it so clear and understandable. We are looking forward to having you again."
