Added perks at work

A lot of companies today are doing great things to improve their employee welfare and culture, while also increasing their competitive advantage. For example, some companies allow their employees to work from home, while others may allow their employees to take their dog into work with them. 


These initiatives will help boost your employee moral and will likely help improve retention rates and overall productiveness, so the ROI (return on investment) can be quite high and well worth it.
