The impact of emotions at work.

I have just read an interesting article by Tony Schwartz, president and CEO of The Energy Project and the author of ‘Be Excellent at Anything’.   He describes an example of a highly negative senior executive and the toxic and contagious impact of this individual’s behaviour on a productive and positive team.  Thankfully he recognised the issue and took measure but his experience offers learning points for all.
