Avoiding the holiday spread!

It's that time of year again, and the countdown to Thanksgiving and Christmas has begun. Soon the entertaining will begin with endless rounds of family and office events. If you're not very careful mutiliple 'second helpings' of Aunt Bessie's pie and that third 'last drink' will begin to pack on the pounds! It doesn't have to be that way though.
