The holidays can often be a time of increased worry and stress. To do lists explode and expectations rise dangerously as we rush around, frantically trying to get everything done in time!  Needless to say, this can really drain all of the joy out of the holiday season and if you are by nature 'Wired to Worry' the negative impact of this added stress is even greater.
